Tars82 is a Brazilian artist based in Portugal, 38 years old and 24 years of experience in graffiti art.

Since he was a child had a passion for drawing and the age of thirteen due to the hip-hop culture, he started doing pixação (brazialian style graffiti letters) it was love at The first sight.

In 1996 with two more friends they created Os Mais Arteiros Crew (group of writers painting together), at that time it’s quite difficult to make art as access to specific materials was very complicated.

Until 2002 it was fun, young friends just thinking about painting illegally, sometimes they had problems with the owners of the walls and the police.

In 2005 he went to live in United States, when he arrived in New York, he painted some pieces there, it was very regarding for him as an graffiti artist to paint in the Mecca of street art.

After that he returned to Brazil to study in college, it was six years without painting, because the college and his job, when in 2012 he ended up leaving the company where he was working and made he restarted his passion for art till the day he was invited by a friend, owner of a bar in Curitiba-Brazil to paint the place, he accepted the challenge and finally he made some good money.

Since then it has become his profession, which gave him the opportunity to travel to paint at events, graffiti festivals, commercial paintings and workshops in more than fifteen countries.

With his experience hi became a cracker (graffiti term for masters, they are able to paint all styles of art with spray cans) and specialized in hyper realism (the most difficult style to paint with cans).
